CCC Georgia Falls to No. 4 Georgia Military College, 59–0

MILLEDGEVILLE, GA. — Community Christian College Georgia suffered a 59–0 loss to Georgia Military College in NJCAA football action as the Knights struggled to find their footing against one of the nation’s top-ranked programs.

Georgia Military College used its combination of speed, power, discipline, and experience to control the game and keep the Knights searching for answers throughout the contest. Despite a few positive moments moving the football and making defensive stops, CCC Georgia was unable to build the momentum needed to compete with the Bulldogs.

Following the game, Head Coach Cedric Roach acknowledged the strength of the Georgia Military College program and the challenge it presented to his team.

“This team was very much superior. They were just good. They played with a lot of speed, a lot of discipline, and a lot of power. We couldn’t really answer all the bells when we wanted to. We did have some high points moving the ball at times and made a couple of stops. But at the end of the day, this team showed why they were ranked No. 4 in the country.” — Head Coach Cedric Roach

The Knights will now turn their attention to the next challenge as they prepare to return home and face CCC Florida. With another opportunity ahead, CCC Georgia will look to regroup, correct its mistakes, and compete with renewed focus in front of its home crowd.
