Compliance

Community Christian College (CCC) maintains a specialized Compliance Office to manage institutional adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards. The college operates under the oversight of several regulatory bodies and specific internal policies.

Regulatory Oversight and Accreditation
  • TRACS Accreditation: CCC is a member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS), which renewed the college's accredited status for a 10-year period in 2022.
  • State Licensing: The Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education legally authorized the college starting April 30, 2024, under License Number AVD-01729.
  • Financial Aid Compliance: The college operates under a Program Participation Agreement with the U.S. Department of Education to offer Title IV federal student aid.

Key Compliance Policies
  • Title IX & Non-Discrimination: CCC prohibits discrimination based on sex, race, religion, and other protected statuses. The college mandates training for all staff and professors on these requirements.
CCC is committed to creating, fostering and maintaining an educational, employment, business and campus environment that is free of discrimination on the basis of sex, including sexual misconduct, as required by Title IX and other laws.
  • Free Speech: The college provides a dedicated reporting path for students who feel their constitutional right to free speech is being suppressed, managed by the V.P. of Compliance.
  • Academic and Financial Records: Compliance standards are strictly applied to the management of student records and financial aid eligibility, including "last day of activity" and "add/drop" policies.
