Coach Gene
Eugene Tarver's passion for basketball ignited at the age of 8 and has only grown stronger over the years. From the playgrounds to high school courts, Eugene honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the game. His dedication and talent earned him a spot in semi-pro basketball, where he continued to excel and gain invaluable experience. Beyond playing, Eugene has always been committed to giving back to his community. He has volunteered countless hours coaching young kids, imparting not only basketball skills but also life lessons and values. His enthusiasm for mentoring youth has made a significant impact on many aspiring players. Currently, Eugene is in his second year of coaching college basketball. His journey from a passionate young player to a dedicated coach is a testament to his love for the game and his desire to inspire the next generation of basketball talent.
