CCC Georgia Knights Baseball wins first game of the season against Denmark

It wasn’t the cleanest performance on the mound, but the bats were more than enough as CCC Georgia Baseball powered past Denmark, 9–8, in a high-scoring battle.

The Knights found themselves in a back-and-forth contest from the start, with both teams trading runs throughout the game. While pitching struggles allowed Denmark to stay within striking distance, CCC Georgia’s offense answered time and time again. Timely hitting and aggressive base running kept pressure on Denmark’s defense, as the Knights consistently put runners in scoring position.

CCC Georgia’s lineup stayed hot at the plate, stringing together key hits to build their lead. Even when Denmark threatened late, the Knights managed to hold on, making just enough plays defensively to preserve the one-run advantage.

In a game defined by offense, CCC Georgia’s ability to out-hit their opponent proved to be the difference. Despite not having their sharpest outing on the mound, the Knights showed resilience and offensive firepower to secure the 9–8 victory.
